Booking → approval → staffing → scheduling → payroll, in one place.
Go to flwrgirls.cannacrypted.com and enter your email or your mobile number. Email gets you a link in your inbox; a mobile number gets you a text (and the email too). Tap the link and you're in — there's no password to remember or lose.
Your link stays good for 14 days, and staying signed in on your phone lasts 30 days. Add the site to your home screen and it behaves like an app.
You can walk through each one as that user from the demo accounts page.
Every location falls into a standard region — each NYC borough and Long Island are their own. In the Regions tab you set how far an offer reaches for each region (tight in Manhattan, wider upstate). Each girl's own travel radius still caps her offers, so nobody gets pinged for a drive she'd never take.
The Stores tab is the list brands choose from when they book — it's yours to curate. Add a shop with its full street address and it's geocoded on save, which is what lets offers find girls nearby. A store with no map location is flagged, because until it has one no offer can reach anyone around it.
Use Hide rather than deleting when a shop stops working with you: past bookings keep pointing at it, it just drops out of the booking list.
In Onboarding, send a prospective hire an invite link. She fills in her profile, including how far she'll travel for an event — that's required, because it decides every offer she ever gets. You review and approve; approving adds her to the roster.
Then invite her in QuickBooks, which collects her W-9 and direct deposit directly from her. None of that touches this app — no SSNs, no account numbers on our side. Tick mark set up on the Roster once she's finished Intuit's invite, so you can see at a glance who can actually be paid.
After every event the girl has to check out in her app: what time she arrived, what time she left, and her round-trip travel time. That's the moment a shift stops being a plan and becomes something you can pay and bill.
Reminders go out automatically by text and email until she does it. After three unanswered nudges we stop texting her and email you instead — at that point it's a conversation, not a notification.
The Payroll tab shows what you owe each girl — hours × her rate, plus round-trip mileage — totaled for the week, so you're not adding it by hand every Monday. Mileage comes from real driving distance, not a straight line. Rows still running on scheduled hours are marked provisional until she checks out.
The Billing tab is the other side of the same shift: what to invoice each client, broken into staffing (hours on site), Travel Time (her round-trip travel, billed hourly) and mileage. Set your rates at the top; an individual client can be given their own.
Only checked-out shifts appear — anything worked but not yet logged sits in a separate "not billable yet" list rather than quietly going missing from the total.
The State selector at the top filters every tab at once — bookings, shifts, roster, stores, billing and payroll. Leave it on All states for the whole picture, or pick one to see just that market's numbers.
The Roster tab lists every girl with her region, travel radius, rate and rating, and lets you edit any of it. If someone's number changes, update it here — that number is also how she logs in by text.
