Booking FLWR GRLS

You tell us the event. We staff it, confirm it, and show up.

How to book

Open the booking page and pick Brand. Fill in your company, your name, email and mobile.

Pick the store from the dropdown — it's the list of shops we work with, grouped by area, and choosing one fills in the address for us. Not a store? Choose Somewhere else and type the location yourself.

Then the event itself: type (vendor day, event, street team, drop-in, account touchpoint), the date and hours, and how many girls you need.

Put anything they should know in Notes — product focus, what to wear, who to ask for at the door, training links, parking.

Submit. FLWR GRLS reviews it and confirms. You don't need an account to send a request.

Checking on your bookings

Go to the home page and enter the email or mobile number you booked with — you'll get a one-tap login link (by email, or by text if you entered a number). No password. Once you're in, the booking page also lists every request you've sent and where it stands:

pending we've got it, we're staffing it   approved confirmed — girls are being assigned

What happens after you submit

Your request goes to FLWR GRLS, who approves it and offers the shift to ambassadors near that location — closest first. The first one to claim it gets it, and she gets a confirmation and a reminder before the date. You'll hear back on confirmation.

Good to know

Book early where you can. More lead time means a wider pool of girls near your location.

Don't see a store you work with? Tell FLWR GRLS and they'll add it to the list — that's better than typing it in as "somewhere else", because a listed store has a verified address we can staff against.

Changes or cancellations: reply to any FLWR GRLS email — don't re-submit the form, or you'll end up double-booked.
