Get offers, claim the ones you want, show up, get paid.

Signing in

Go to flwrgirls.cannacrypted.com and type your mobile number or your email. A one-tap link comes straight to your phone — there's no password to remember.

Tip: once you're in, add it to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) and it opens like an app. You'll stay signed in for 30 days.

Getting a shift

When an event comes up near you, you get a text and an email: what it is, when, where, and roughly how far it is from you.

Tap the link. It logs you straight in to the shifts list — no typing anything.

Tap Accept. First one to accept gets it, so if you want it, take it. If someone beat you to it you'll see "too late" — no harm done.

You'll get a confirmation with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before.

Not for you? Tap Decline and it drops off your list. Declining never counts against you — it just means we're not holding it for you.

Why you didn't get an offer

Offers only go to girls close enough to the event. Two things decide that: the region's range, and your own travel radius — the furthest you're willing to drive. If you're getting too few offers, or too many that are too far, tell FLWR GRLS and she'll adjust your radius. Same if you move or change your number.

Days you can't work

In the app, use Block a day off and pick the date. It's the simplest way to keep offers off days you already know you're busy.

Getting paid

Every shift you accept is logged with your hours and your round-trip mileage, worked out from real driving distance between you and the venue. You're paid your hourly rate for the hours plus mileage on top, and it rolls up into the weekly payroll automatically — you don't have to submit anything.

You'll get an onboarding link to fill in your profile — including how far you'll travel for an event, which decides what you get offered. Takes a couple of minutes on your phone.

Once you're approved, QuickBooks emails you separately to complete your W-9 and set up direct deposit. That's Intuit, not us — your Social Security number and bank details never go through the FLWR GRLS app. You can't be paid until it's done, so don't let that email sit.
