Hosting FLWR GRLS at your shop

How to book

Open the booking page and pick Store. Fill in your shop name, your name, email and mobile.

Pick your shop from the store list — your address comes with it. If you're not on the list yet, ask FLWR GRLS to add you.

Set the event type, the date and hours, and how many girls you want on the floor.

Use Notes for what makes your shop run: which brand or product is featured, dress code, where to park, which door to use, who to check in with.

Submit. FLWR GRLS confirms and assigns. No account needed to send a request.

Checking on your bookings

From the home page, enter the email or mobile number you booked with and you'll get a one-tap login link — emailed, or texted if you enter a number. Inside, the booking page lists every request you've sent and its status:

pending received, being staffed   approved confirmed — girls are being assigned

On the day

Whoever claims the shift gets the address, the hours and your notes, plus a calendar invite and a reminder the day before. Have someone at the door expecting her, and point her at wherever you want her set up.

Good to know

Moved, or your address is wrong on the list? Tell FLWR GRLS — your address is how we find girls close to you and work out their travel, so it's worth getting right.

Recurring days? Submit each date as its own request so each one gets its own confirmed girl.

Need to move or cancel a date: reply to any FLWR GRLS email rather than submitting the form again.
